Update, Summer 2005

Well now! Quite a lot has changed since my last update! First and foremost, my beautiful young wife has up and flown the coop! Anna is how residing in or near Chapel Hill, NC, and I've moved back to Myrtle Beach, SC, thinking its perhaps time to settle down near the ever fulfilling Meher Baba Spiritual Center.

Although I'm trying hard not to dwell on the past, I recently did put together a photo- collage of the last four years of Anna and I (OK, mostly Anna).

You can click on the pic to go to a larger version, and then again click on THAT pic to go to a truly high-rez version.

I really can't say much about what Anna is doing currently, because, well, frankly, she isn't telling me! I can say this: I still care for her very much, wish all the best for her in achieving her goals, and finding fulfillment in the path she has chosen.

Meanwhile, after a couple of months of bouncing between the homes of three different friends here in the Myrtle Beach area, I've settled in sharing an apartment in a development called *Briarcliffe West* which is practically right across Highway 17 from the Meher Baba Spiritual Center. Laura Hogan, a 67 year old artist and retired postal worker, fellow follower of Meher Baba, and all around fun person, agreed after some hesitation to share her apartment (better termed *condo* I guess, since she owns this unit we're sharing) with me, and so far its working out great.

I definitely plan to get back to my blog, so if you really want a more detailed description of my current life, you can always peek in there and see what's up.

A big focus of my current life as I settle into Myrtle Beach, is trying hard to build up a nice collection of my yarn mandalas.

To see my latest (as I write this, three) you can go to my New Ojos Gallery.

Meanwhile, to pay the bills, I'm driving taxi four days a week. This is something I started while up in Wilmington NC, and, just as there, I was able to get hired and start driving right away. Again, also, I meet lots of interesting people, and really get to know the area I've chosen to live in. My goal, however, is to cut down to driving to three days a week, but the way things look right now, that's going to have to wait.

All for now!
