At the Outcropping

The huge white quartz boulders stand in stark contrast to the omnipresent quartz monzonite

In a wash just tothe south is a large jumble of similiar sized BLACK boulders, and on up the hill just beyond that is a geologist's playground, with a large variety of rock types.
